REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
- Obtained favorable settlement for European jewelry designer and maker in trademark and trade dress infringement action against terminated former distributor, including permanent injunction, destruction and return of infringing merchandise, and payment of more than $1 million in damages
- Obtained preliminary injunction for plaintiff-footwear company in trademark/trade dress infringement action against footwear retailer, and favorable settlement shortly thereafter
- Developed multi-state retail concept store chain for major U.S. footwear company, including constructing intellectual property licensing arrangements with joint venture partners
- Prepared and negotiated multi-million dollar cross-border intellectual property licensing and distribution agreement between U.S. footwear manufacturer and Portuguese distributor
